I had 8 species of "Canadian" birds (I know some of these nest in N. Ohio - you lucky dogs) at my feeders last week - the most I've ever seen at once, I think. Not bad for southern Ohio! Because I am deep in the forest, I don't usually get many sparrows or other meadow birds. Deep snow has its advantages! > Red-breasted Nuthatch* 1 > Brown Creeper* 1 > Purple Finch* 38 > N.
