I was deeply saddened to learn of the sudden death of Shawn Cafferky.&nbsp; Shawn contributed three substantial articles to ALCOHOL AND TEMPERANCE IN MODERN HISTORY: AN INTERNATIONAL ENCYCLOPEDIA, and he was an ideal contributor, punctual, efficient and thorough.&nbsp; His passing is a loss to our field.<BR><BR>
