Hi all Question for central Ohioans: could I have seen an American Kestrel at Greenlawn today? Saw the orange color like the breast of a robin, panels of color on the head. It wasn'ta hawk. And I hadn't seen this bird before, so I though maybe it was a peregrine falcon. But when I started looking at pictures, I needed to find a bird with more orange. Hence the kestrel guess. It was in the top of a tree on Greenlawn, right outside the cemetery. (I was checking on the baby owls, who are growing so quickly! and so camouflaged against the tree.)
