Hello everyone!

I'm writing to invite you to participate in Earth Fest 2010! The time is nearing and i wanted to get everyone on the same page. If you are in IES, please plan to be at Uptown Park for set up as usual. This should be a great year!

Here are the details for the day:

Earth Fest is an annual event in Oxford, Ohio to celebrate Earth Day. There will be music, activities, crafts, and information for community members and students. We encourage groups to participate with information on their group and mission as well as possibly provide an activity for visitors to do.

Date: Saturday 17 April 2010

Location: Uptown Park (Oxford, Ohio)

Set-up time: 9:00 AM

Event time: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Tear down will commence at 3:00 PM.

Theme: Many backyards, one earth.
