Interesting article on feral pigs in New York. I know Michigan has a problem and is very concerned. Not sure Ohio will have as much a problem, or maybe the problem will be localized. Ohio doesn't seem to have as many canned hunt farms importing boars as Michigan and the human population is higher. Some parts though may be at risk. Anyone know if Ohio is taking steps? http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/46702720/ns/us_news-the_new_york_times/#.T15pBoESRH0 I haven't read it but it sound like an interesting book - Wildlife Heros: spreading the word about conservation http://today.msnbc.msn.com/id/46604546/ns/today-books/#.T15qx4ESRH0 ______________________________________________________________________ Ohio-birds mailing list, a service of the Ohio Ornithological Society.
