I had a fairly productive 2 1/2 hours at Mosquito Lake and Wildlife Area this morning but did not locate the Snowy Owl. I did see lots of waterfowl, including all three mergansers and one Black Scoter, and some odds and ends. A lone Eastern Meadowlark was a surprise.
