Many birders are interested in other species they may encounter in the field, and a fine way to study some of them is provided by the Cincinnati Museum Center's Naturalist Workshops. Experts present these three-day workshops at the Edge of Appalachia Preserve in Adams County, and this year's six experts will cover cructose lichens, Rubus genera in Ohio (one day), bobcats and remote monitoring, bumble bees and pollination ecology, stoneflies, and land snails. If you or someone you know might be interested, contact [log in to unmask] to inquire or register. Some details are attached. These workshops fill up early.
