Not sure if anyone is interested since this is so late, but one of our rangers just told me about a snowy owl he took pictures of at our Upground Reservoir near Richwood OH on Dec 13th. He also has some pictures of a short-eared owl as well. He has not seen it since. I told him that he should let me know the same day he sees it (or other rare birds) so that I could let others know. Heck, I didn't even get a chance to see it and I have not yet seen a snowy owl in Ohio. Hah - oh well. Next time. : ) Elayna M.
