On my first visit to this new metro park I was lucky to find Connecticut Warbler. It went up on goldenrod plant to check on me for long enough to see all the field marks - complete eyering, dark head and upper body and light lower part. It was on north part of Beech Woodland trail with mixed shrubs/ small trees vegetation. Other birds of note were 1 Winter and many House Wrens, Lincoln's Sparrows, and small diversity of warblers. This park has many fruits and berries, which be attracting the birds for the long time. ______________________________________________________________________ Ohio-birds mailing list, a service of the Ohio Ornithological Society.
