At 10:30AM there was a raft of 8 Black Scoters ( 7 female/1 male). Not
much else.  Wind out of the SW; gusts 16 -25 MPH.  Down at Headlands at
around 12 Noon I had a flock of 9 Snow Buntings on the beach.  Windy
conditions persist.
