Sims Park today - all 3 scoters:  straight out from pier, flock of about 16 birds were all Black w/ 1 White-winged & 1-2 Surf.  East of pier flock of 6-8 scoters were Surf.  NE wind producing waves that make viewing somewhat difficult.
