The Mew Gull is present at the Greenlawn dam spillway but it is in the water and the bird is covered in ice, and it’s near-death. As in death is imminent, clinging to life. Judging from photos only it’s impossible for me to say if the bird can be caught for rehab. Perhaps someone in the field at the moment can comment on the specific whereabouts of whether or not human intervention is even possible.
