There is a handful of people that heard it and were confident in calls marching Tropical. Hopefully someone can secure a recording, although the bird calls infrequently.

BTW I was asking if anyone has heard this bird to separate it from Couch's Kingbird?  Ray had not heard it.  I did not hear it when I was there either.
