Hi,
This evening around 1730, getting onto the I90 west where it splits from the I71 in Cleveland, traffic was all brake lights and swerves at the merge with the I490 as it goes under the Scranton Rd bridge.  There were Rock Pigeons flying all over the place under and around the bridge.  Coming out the other side the cause turned out to be a Merlin.  Likely a female due to size.  I saw it break off the attack and fly into a tree.

This is the Tremont neighborhood of Cleveland.  There are three nearby cemeteries and urban Merlins seem to like cemeteries.
