Got up this morning and opened the window in the living room only to discover that skinks are now emerging!

after "resting" my ankle for several weeks d/t injury I decided to take a walk today after the rain stopped. chickadees and bluebirds active and audible! Heard a killdeer too. Got home and discovered a male and female bluebird checking out the box I put up on Friday.

Yeah!!
