ROUTES: East and West sides and Western Prairies in the morning; Auto Tour backside in the afternoon.
TIME: 7:40am - 12:20pm  TEMP.: 29f ~ 26F  COND.: Overnight and early drizzle turned to icy conditions with
a dusting of snow cover ending around 8:00am; cloudy all day with winds north at 5-15mph; all impoundments
open, but shallowest ones starting to freeze; Lake Erie open, muddy, and very choppy.
