Birding was VERY slow this morning, starting out with fog that lingered.    I Birded with Peggy Wang - could THAT be the reason ?          Only 9 warbler species seen or heard, with Kentucky (heard) being the most exciting.  Both species of tanagers (heard)...well, saw summer tanager flying into the woods.My 1st female ruby throated hummingbird    Philadelphia vireo    (OK, Peggy found it)Gray cheeked thrush    (OK, so Peggy found this one, too.)    Barred owl  (OK, Peggy spotted this one, too)    
Maybe the rain tomorrow will fill the park with birds again.Bob McNulty
