I did a short walk yesterday and a much longer one today which included part of the Norpell woods section where there is older growth. Slightly different birds today vs yesterday. Birding continues to be quiet and I haven’t seen or heard anything unexpected. I have not heard the Prairie Warblers for perhaps 10 days or so but I remember them going silent about this time last year.
