Hi,
 
     I was wondering how to set up IRC (inter-relay-chatting) in vax of Miami.
Have anyone used it before?  IRC is not setup in Miavx1.  We need to install
it by finding a correct ftp site.  If anyone knows how to do it, please kindly
tell me how to install.
