I'm no copyright expert, but it seems to me that one clause in the copyright law says that one can copy a small portion of a work, i.e., an article in a journal (but not the entire journal), a chapter in a book (but not the whole book). This said, aren't blueprints / architectural drawings copyrighted in any way? If they are, wouldn't copying the entire plan without permission be copyright infringement? -Helen Dr. Helen R.
