The package has been sent to all "B" members, relevant regional groups (branches), commissions, sections, committees and working groups of the ICA asking them to distribute the document(s) to their constituencies and gather comments in a single document for the ICA/DDS before 15 October 1995. It assumed to be the responsibility of the professional associations (the ICA "B" members) to prepare comments. No comments have in the past been interpreted by the ICA/DDS as agreement. The ICA/DDS will have its Vth. Plenary session in Paris, France, 15-20 November 1995 to consider the comments. It will prepare the final document for publication at that session. Comments may be forwarded to the ICA/DDS Secretariat at the address below.
