Jerry Richardson has been working with researchers in the field of human communication since the mid-1970s. He collaborated with Richard Bandler and John Grinder, the developers of the break-through communication technology called Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), to adapt NLP principles for use in the world of business. Jerry's book, The Magic of Rapport: How You Can Gain Personal Power in Any Situation, was the first to translate the jargon of psychiatry, therapy, neuro-linguistics and semantics into practical concepts that could be applied to daily life situations.
