Lowell: "Prohibitionist" is one possible term but it carries with it political connotations which do not necessarily apply to all those opposed to consumption of beverage alcohol. "Dry" (as in, "the drys of this county have . . . .") may be less formal but more inclusive, although it too has connections to the T & P movements. A few years ago, at a small conference "up north," I heard a term that I'd not encountered before: _bibulophobe_. I don't know how you feel about rampant neologisms but this one has a certain appeal.
