As a Mac user for years, I like the suggestion that the best way to
avoid problems like this is to switch to a Mac. But for all of you
who use that other platform, I'll check with the powers that be on
campus to find out what they do to filter out potential viruses. I
think they do filter mail coming into the university as much as
possible. I assume that no matter how well you filter messages, one
with a virus sneaks through here and there. I know, for instance,
they try to keep spams from reaching university accounts. Still, once
in a while we get one. Max
