Welcome back friends,

Just a reminder that Ali Hewson, Bono's wife, is coming to speak this
Wednesday at 4 p.m.  She should be pretty inspiring, and I encourage you
all to attend.  If you are able to make it and bought a Best Buddies
t-shirt, shoot me a quick e-mail and I will bring your shirt to the event.
 It would be neat to see the majority of the audience in t-shirts that
support Ali's cause.  Bring your $15 dollars to Hall on Wednesday at 4.  I
hope to see you all there, and good luck getting back into the routine!

For those of you who don't know, we purchased our t-shirts from EdunLive
this year.  It helps give workers in Lesotho, Africa a living wage.  Even
if you didn't order a shirt, help support the cause by attending this
Wednesday.




Hey Best Buddies!

January 10th is going to be a big day for Miami! Bono's wife, Ali Hewson,
is going to be on Miami's campus along with the CEO of Edun and MTV! Ali
and Christian are going to be giving a lecture at Hall Auditorium at 4pm
on Wednesday, January 10th on "Trade, Not Aid - Reducing Poverty Through
Sustainable Business." Also, Soundscape will be performing prior to their
arrival at 3:15-4pm.

Don't forget to show your support by wearing your Best Buddies T-shirts on
Jan. 10

This is going to be an awesome lecture and a great opportunity for you to
learn more about Edun Live and how you can support it.
