A few minutes ago I looked out our back window and noticed through the trees
a soaring raptor, too far away to identify with the naked eye. I grabbed my
bins and was amazed to see a white head and tail, an adult Bald Eagle.
This location is in Southwest Franklin County, DeLorme 67D6, along Route 665
west of Pleasant Corners. Obviously this is a new "yard bird" for me.
