Hi Birders,
Fall migration for warblers is beginning to pick
up speed in SW Ohio. A trip with my brother Greg
to John Bryan State Park located the following
warblers:
Yellow Throated
Northern Parula
Blackburnian
Hooded
Tennessee
American Redstart
Canada
Chestnut-sided
Cape May
In addition, a pair of Black Vultures was relaxing,
along with a dozen or so Turkey Vultures (including
juvs!) at the standard 'vulture roost' in the lower
picnic area.
