I birded at Buck Creek State Park this morning and found 4 Eared Grebes
at the south end of the lake (Delorme 66A3). I watched them from the
west side first and then got more distant looks from the beach later.
You will need a scope to get good looks at them.
On the beach I also found a Ruddy Turnstone, 2 Semipalmated Sandpipers,
and about 14 Common Terns with a large number of Ring-billed Gulls and a
single first year Herring Gull.
