Four of us headed out this morning to see what we could find. Ended up at 11 pm with 157 species - far better than we had hoped for, but 3 short of our late evening goal. The wind really came up which hurt for finding late birds. We found 26 warblers, 10 ducks and 9 shorebirds. Hard to beat will be the trio of Pine Siskin, Purple Finch and White-winged Crossbill. We birded Mohican, Funk & Killbuck W. Areas, and parts of Holmes, Tuscarawas and Coshocton. It was a lot of fun!
