Thanks to Dane Adams - Emil Bacik and I viewed a single white-phase Snow Goose amid several hundred Canadas at Wellington Reservoir (Lorain Co), this afternoon. Three Redhead and a Lesser Scaup joined hundreds of Ruddies and coots here, as well. A flyover Greater Yellowlegs was a pleasant surprise.
At nearby Oberlin Reservoir, 1500 gulls were on the water and several hundred more in the skies above. All were Ring-billed and Herring (80), but it will be worth a check for potential others from here out.
Good birding -
Gabe Leidy
