Today we still were entertained with a brown thrasher who arrived yesterday. We usually do not get thrashers for some reason. This is only our 2nd record of one; our first was in April of 1997 on the 11th. Starting Wednesday this week ( 11/4/09 ), we have had a large influx of juncos ( 18 ), 1-Purple Finch (F), 1-Redbreasted Nuthatch, 1-White-throated Sparrow, 2-Fox Sparrows. Saturday, the 7th we had a bluebird singing up a storm. We also had an adult bald Eagle today off of Leroy Center Rd in Lake County.
