I stopped by to check out the eagle nest at the Mentor Marsh across from Pickle Bill's and got to see
it very well. I also spotted an adult eagle a little past the nest sitting on a branch.
Also stopped by Chagrin River Park to look for the Rusty Blackbirds and still had no luck. I did see
about 3 Red-winged Blackbirds was a nice surprise. I also saw the following birds there in the
afternoon: American Robin, American Tree Sparrow, Dark-eyed Junco, Red-winged Blackbird, Sharp-
shinned Hawk, House Finch, Tufted Titmouse.
