Hi Mike,
Based on the photos that Aaron posted, I'd say it is probably just a
leucistic or amelanistic Black-capped chickadee. The bird shown in the
photo is also missing pigmentation in the foot and legs, so that would help
explain.
Still, a cool looking bird!!
