Still good numbers of waterfowl at Englewood Main Metropark - high point of
the day was a pair of common goldeneyes.
Ring-necked ducks - many, many, many
Northern shovelers - many
American wigeons - many
Redheads - lots
Canvasbacks - several
Green-winged teals - several
Northern pintails - many
Common goldeneye - 2
Wood ducks - a few
Lesser scaups - a few
American coot - 1
Gadwalls - several
Black ducks - several
Mallards - many, many
Canada geese - many, many
All numbers are approximate !?!?
North Park:
Hooded mergansers - 3
Ring-billed gulls
American coot - 1
