Wednesday, August 24 - 10-11 a.m.
The "lake" is still dry as a bone, but a few birds entertained us as we
drove through the park:
Purple martins - many 20+?
Barn swallows
Chimney swifts
Song and field sparrows
Eastern bluebirds
Tufted titmice
Indigo buntings
Killdeer - 4
Eastern wood pewee
Turkey vulture
Pray for rain and an engineer who knows how to build a dike to retain
water!
Happy birding,
Ed and Bev
Englewood, Ohio
