Around 4:30 p.m. today on Schrock Road in Columbus, I saw probably the
largest flock of crows I've ever seen. They were all over the parking lot of
the Villa Milano Party House. Yep, you read that right -- on the parking
lot. The majority were on the ground just standing around the parking lot.
More in the air, in the trees and on some of the nearby roofs. I got
some shots on my phone, but haven't put them in the computer yet. Looked like
a scene from The Birds!
Oh, one more thing: Yesterday morning I finally saw the male and female Red
Breasted Nuthatches on the feeders at the same time -- not for long -- but
they both were there for a couple minutes. For the past 3 weeks its
always been one or the other.
