Following up on the previous report of the "lake" at Englewood filling up,
it is now filled to approximately 5 miles long and a mile across in some
places. The 2005 modern-day record may be surpassed if the rise continues.
We may really get some ducks as it retreats. In 2005 at the Martindale
Rd. gate, we had easily 1,000 northern pintail ducks. Merry Christmas!
