Laura & fellow Ohio Birder List Servers:
I was about an hour behind Laura to Hopkins airport. Upon my approach to the Bomber Group Restaurant, one of the ever-present kestrel pair was aerially harassing a red-tailed hawk perched on one of the four antennae/whatever towers just west of the restaurant.
I failed to see any snowy owls either, but two light morph rough-legged hawks were each eating a vole within easy sight of the vantage point.
