Not sure if this has been reported but I am at the Cleve Public Power (whale bldg) on the North Marginal and to the north must be over 40 Redheads, few dozen Scaup, few Ruddy Ducks, few Canvasbacks, looked like a Ring-necked Duck, one Gadwall and one male Surf Scoter mostly sleeping but sometimes when a duck swam by he would stick out it's head and bill in annoyance and you could see it better - been there 12:20 to 1:25pm. I know I have seen a male here in past years. Pretty far away need scope.
