Two Franklin's Gulls and four Willets were present this evening around 7:20pm at Indian Lake State Park's Old Field Beach. I have reservations that the Willets are still present, as they took high to the sky and flew west shortly before I left. A couple birders were present when I arrived, and pointed out one Franklin's Gull a couple hundred yards out in the water. A second was located 30 minutes later by Troy Shively—who initially found the birds the other day. Both gulls remained quite some distance out from the beach.
