Per Bill Kincaid, Gray Kingbird was present today around 1:30pm at the small pond. If you chase this bird, please note that at least one neighboring landowner has reacted negatively to birders photographing his "private property" and even called the police. I believe this was the horse pasture where the bird has been seen regularly. Although I don't think there is anything illegal about photographing the bird on his property, please do your best to respect the landowner's privacy. If anybody has a better sense of the legalities, I think it would be worth replying to this message. Thanks!
Jeff
