Blendon Woods Metro Park - No rain from 7:45 to 10 am; multiple small flocks of warblers in the parking lot, goldenrod trail and lake trial.
American redstarts
Chestnut sided warblers
Black throated green warblers
Magnolia warblers
Bay breasted warblers
Blackburnian warbler
Hooded warbler
Common yellowthroat
Black throated blue warblers - male had interesting hunting method: would go along a limb, watch for prey to fall to ground and swoop down and dine, then fly back up to the limb and continue along the limb. I watched him repeat the process 6-7 times.
Lots of Empy flycatchers today.
Indigo bunting
Woodside Green Gahanna
Blackpoll warblers
Bay breasted warblers
Northern parula
Magnolia warbler
Swainson's thrush
