The fish hatchery was not v birdy but maybe I don’t know the good areas there. I did see/hear a Brown Creeper & 2 GC Kinglets. One Killdeer, Canada Geese and a pair of mallards. Red-winged BB males were having territorial disputes. O/w, just the usual Robins, chickadees, House Finches and cardinals. Only sparrow was Song.
My feeders in Granville were more interesting. A Pine Siskin was singing, then fed at the tray w/oil sunflower seeds for an extended time. Right after that, I saw my FOS Chipping Sparrow. About the same time, a Pileated WP flew low across the S border of my yard.
Later I had a couple juncos and one White-throated Sparrow.
Hoping the predicted winds tonight won’t cause too much damage.
