The VAX and Alpha systems were down today, Monday, January 10,1994, from
4:30PM until 5:20 PM in order to fix a software bug relating to diskquotas.
This bug revealed itself in the morning, a patch was received from Digital
Equipment Corporation in the afternoon, and applied later in the afternoon.
