Well I have been able to crash mail again and figured I would document it for
comments and answers.
        I was in mail reading a message, at the end of it I tried to move it
into a folder that I had not yet created in my mail directory.  I received a
core dump and was booted out of mail.  Upon re-entering mail I found out that
the folder had been created and the message moved.  When I moved the original
message I used the command:  move <folder-name>
