The introductory messages for OCEAN (in this newsgroup) document the
problems with the MAIL command.  MCIS recommends that users use the OLDMAIL
command or read MAIL on MIAVX1 until these problems are resolved.  ALIAS,
being a MAIL utility, suffers similar problems that MAIL does.
 
Watch in the next couple of days for an announcement about SEND and
RECEIVE.  (Actually, these commands are available today, but haven't been
thourghly tested - we are currently working out some minor bugs in them).
