Just create a file in your login directory called MAIL.SIGNATURE.  MAIL and
NEWS will both pick this up as your signature file.
 
If you want a different signature in MAIL than in NEWS, add the following
lines to your LOGIN.COM file:
  $ DEFINE MAIL_SIGNATURE news-signature-file
  $ DEFINE MAIL$SIGNATURE mail-signature-file
where 'news-signature-file' is the path and filename to the file you want
to use for your NEWS signature and 'mail-signature-file' is the path and
filename to use for your MAIL signature.
