You're not the only one. A couple of friends of mine who were barely able to
d/l before are now unable to at all, and I've experienced about a 60% decrease
in performance, with both kermit and zmodem. It's been like this for a couple
of weeks.
 
As an aside, the lines of have been much busier than usual, as well. It often
takes me 45-60 minutes of repeated dialing to get on, even at 3 in the morning.
Perhaps the load is slowing everything down?
