That sounds like an interesting manual.
Say, I  imagine at least some of the manuals are probably
written on a Macintosh.  Would it be possible to put those
macintosh files on the support service so those with
access could print them out themselves?
I would imagine other manuals written in Windows or DOS
programs could be put on those services also.
 
Maybe this is done already, but I couldn't find them.
