I'm now quite sure it isn't the Bode UUcode programs that are different.
It is the help screen I did not recognize (I did say it had been a while).
I racked my brain and realized that somewhere along the line the help
menu for uucode had changed some time before OCEAN.  Since I haven't used
it recently, I just got turned around.
